If a conversion takes more than 1 minute of processing on our servers, additional credits will be charged proportionally to the extra time.

To make costs more predictable and fair, our pricing system is based on a combination of the base credit cost (depending on the tool type) plus the actual conversion time if it exceeds one minute. This way you pay 100% transparently.
