When you use our tools to edit or convert documents:

• Zero persistent storage: Your documents are processed in your browser or secure memory and are never stored permanently on our servers. Once the process is finished or downloaded, your session is cleared.
• No one on our team has access to the contents of your documents.
• We do not read, analyze, or extract data from the contents of your files.

3. Account and billing data

If you decide to register and purchase a subscription, we will collect your email address and name to manage your account. We do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by our certified international payment gateway (PCI-DSS).

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and enable the credit system to work. We also use anonymous analytics tools to understand how to improve our tools, but we never link this analytical data to your processed documents.

5. Information sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information or your files with third parties. We only process files using secure infrastructure strictly necessary to provide the conversion service.
