1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using YAMP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of service

YAMP provides online tools for editing and converting PDF documents. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

• You must not use YAMP to process documents containing illegal material, malware, or that infringe copyrights.
• Abuse of the system or attempts to bypass the credit system will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Plans, credits, and payments

Our advanced conversion services operate under a subscription and credit model. All payments are securely processed through our international payment provider Lemon Squeezy.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard or payment receipt email.
• Refund requests and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights over the documents you process through YAMP. We claim no ownership over your content. The YAMP service, including its design, code, logos, and name, is our exclusive property.

5. Limitation of liability

YAMP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall YAMP be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
